We do hope that you are happy with your order and that it reaches you in perfect condition. But if you change your mind about our products please contact us in the first instance by email at info@writersgifts.co.uk within seven working days.
We will confirm your return by email and will provide you with a Returns Number and further information for you to return the goods to us. Please ensure we have confirmed your return with you and issued you with a Returns Number before sending back your unwanted goods.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged, faulty, or not as specified on your Order Confirmation, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to What the Dickens? Unfortunately we cannot refund the original delivery cost.
All returned goods must be in their original unopened packaging and in pristine condition with no damage to either the product or its shrink-wrap. If returned products are not in a good condition we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee.
We recommend that you securely repackage your unwanted goods and use Recorded Delivery, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt.
We will email to confirm when your refund has been processed. Please allow up to 21 days during busy periods.
